Hot-dip galvanized pipe fittings refer to the galvanized treatment of pipe fittings. Hot-dip galvanized pipe fittings include galvanized elbows, galvanized flanges, galvanized elbows, galvanized reducers, and galvanized pipe caps. The hot-dip galvanized galvanized layer is thick and has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. A complex physical and chemical reaction occurs between the base of the pipe fitting and the molten bath to form a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer with a tight structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the pipe fitting matrix. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance. The cost of electro-galvanizing is low, the surface is not very smooth, and its corrosion resistance is much different than that of hot-dip galvanized pipe fittings. The main purpose of galvanizing is to enhance the anti-corrosion ability of the pipe itself. Hot-dip galvanized pipe fittings are mainly used for pipeline projects such as gas and heating. If the steel pipe body needs to be galvanized and anti-corrosion treatment, the corresponding connecting pipe fittings should also be galvanized. The main production process of hot-dip galvanized pipe fittings is: degreasing → rinsing → pickling → cleaning → dipping flux → hot air drying → hot-dip galvanizing → internal and external blowing → cooling → passivation and rinsing.
